This project shows how attackers can take control of another computer, opening the door to larger attacks such as ransomware, where sensitive files are locked and a fee is demanded for their return. A successful remote‑control attack can cause data loss and big operational disruption due to lack of access to important files/folders. The write-up will demonstrate how to find and fix these flaws in order to protect revenue, customers and compliance.
